On phones with Androidem's newly released game RogueRun combines two very popular genres in a unique way - the endless runner and the roguelike genre. The project of Japanese developers from the Zoo Corporation studio puts its innovative idea in its name. In the game, you will explore procedurally generated dungeons with obviously very simple controls, all you have to do is slide your finger on the screen left or right. Despite the minimalist controls, your hero has a lot of different moves at his disposal, he can jump, roll and climb walls.
In addition to gymnastic pastimes, there is of course a lot of fighting in RogueRun. During your quests, you will have the opportunity to choose from a plethora of different types of weapons. Not only classic swords are available, but also spears or fighting clubs. The key to success lies in customizing weapons between missions. In dungeons, you can find materials to strengthen them, or a second weapon of the same type, with the help of which you can further improve your original one.
In addition to the classic roguelike action, RogueRun also hides a completely unique game mode that reduces the difficulty of discovering new environments. Instead of the default game mode, you can jump into the stripped-down Exploration mode, in which the game world changes only once a day.
