Samsung continues to rapidly roll out its One UI 3.1 user interface to more devices. Foldable smartphones have now started receiving the update with it Galaxy Z Flip, ZFlip 5G a From Fold 2.

Update for Galaxy The Z Flip carries firmware version F700FXXU4DUB4 and is currently distributed in Austria, the update for Z Flip 5G version F707BXXU2DUB4 and is currently available in the UK, and the update for Z Fold 2 carries firmware version F916BXXU1DUB5 and is now being received by users in Germany. As always, new firmware updates should roll out to other corners of the world soon.

The new software update brings to Galaxy Z Flip, Z Flip 5G and Z Fold 2 minor changes in user interface design and a few new features. Some of these include a blockchain-based data transfer app called Private Share, Object Eraser, an improved Single Take photo mode, or the ability to remove location data from photos when sharing them. Some features of the flagship series Galaxy S21, such as the Director's View photo mode or the Google Discover service, may be missing from the update.
