One of OnePlus' upcoming flagships - the OnePlus 9 Pro - could boast an LTPO OLED panel. The same display is used by Samsung's new flagship series phones Galaxy S21 or smartphone Galaxy Notes 20 Ultra. The display with this technology consumes less energy than the LTPS panels used by smartphones today.

Well-known leaker Max Jambor suggested on his Twitter that the OnePlus 9 Pro could have an LTPO display. According to previous unofficial reports, the smartphone screen will have a diagonal of 6,8 inches, a QHD+ resolution (1440 x 3120 px), support for a refresh rate of 120 Hz, and a hole located on the left with a diameter of 3,8 mm.

According to Samsung, the panel with LTPO technology (short for low-temperature polycrystalline oxide) consumes up to 16% less energy than LTPS (low-temperature polycrystalline silicon) displays. In addition to the series phones Galaxy S21 and smartphone Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is also used by smartwatches Apple Watch SE and some models of this year's iPhones will reportedly also get it in the wine.

The OnePlus 9 Pro should also have a Snapdragon 888 chipset, up to 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal memory, a battery with a capacity of 4500 mAh and support for fast charging with a power of 65 W, and software running on Androidat 11. It should be introduced in March.
