A new leak, behind an increasingly well-known Chinese "leaker" going by the name Digital Chat Station, has revealed what Honor has been up to since the phone's recent release Honor V40 5G plans for this year. Some informace they confirm what has appeared on the air before, some are new.
According to the leaker, Honor is planning to introduce new mid-range and low-end phones soon. It does not mention specific models, but according to older leaks, it should be the Honor 11, Honor 11X and their variants.
Digital Chat Station also revealed that Honor's new flagship, which is expected to be launched under the name Honor 40, will feature a new chipset and arrive in May or June. He added that the main attraction of the new "flagship" will be its camera.
The leaker also confirmed speculation from early February that Honor was working on a foldable phone. He also confirmed that it should be launched later this year, as part of the Honor Magic series. And finally, Honor is also said to be preparing a flagship tablet that should be the successor to last year's Honor V6.
Honor already launched the Honor V40 5G smartphone this year, which is a huge success in China – the first batch reportedly sold out in just a few minutes. The phone should be available in Europe soon.
