Using a computer with Windows 10 to send "texts" to friends or family will be easier than ever, provided you have the right device. Samsung for Windows 10 released a new app called Samsung Messaging, which has now appeared in the Microsoft Store (but not available for download yet).

The app, which was first pointed out by the Aggiornamenti Lumia Twitter account, allows you to "send and receive text messages". It is intended for computers that "know" mobile data (5G and 4G LTE). Specifically, the following devices are supported: Galaxy Tab Pro S, Galaxy Book 10.6 LTE, Galaxy Book 12 LTE a Galaxy Book 2. The application also mentions a device with the model designation NT930QCA, which appears to be Galaxy Flex 2 5G.

The devices mentioned above are some of Samsung's best laptops, so it's no surprise that they support Samsung Messaging. The app will allow users to quickly communicate with friends and family members without having to reach for their smartphone.

Smartphone owners Galaxy they can also use the Your Phone app, which allows users to connect their device to a PC, making it easier for them to access their phone's photos. On selected devices, you can also drag and drop files from your phone to your computer and vice versa, and even access mobile apps on your computer.
