Samsung smartphone Galaxy The A72, which was detailed in a mid-February leak, has now appeared on the Google Play Console, confirming some of the specs revealed by the leak. Among other things, the fact that the phone will be powered by a Snapdragon 720G chip.

Further, the record of the service shows that Galaxy The A72 will have 6 GB of RAM, although the latest and older leaks also mention a version with 8 GB. The smartphone will be software-based Androidat 11 (and as telephones Galaxy A71 and the A51 should get three upgrades Androidua to receive security patches for four years).

As for the display, the Google Play Console has revealed that the phone's resolution will be FHD+. Unofficial reports mention a 6,7-inch screen and a 90Hz refresh rate.

The smartphone should also get a quad camera with a resolution of 64, 12, 8 and 2 MPx (the second sensor will reportedly have an ultra-wide-angle lens, the third a telephoto lens with 2x zoom and the last one should serve as a macro camera), a 32MPx front camera, IP67 degree of protection and a battery with a capacity of 5000 mAh and support for fast charging with a power of 25 W.

The phone should be together with another model of the series Galaxy AT - A52 (5G) – introduced this month in India, and its price in Europe will reportedly start at 450 euros (roughly CZK 11). At one time it was speculated that as Galaxy The A52 will have a version with support for 5G networks, however reliable leaker Max Jambor said on Twitter about two weeks ago that such a variant does not exist.
