The new update comes at least a month earlier than it should have arrived on the phone according to Samsung's update schedule. It is unclear at this time if Android 11 is supplemented by the One UI 3.0 or 3.1 superstructure, but given that in the case Galaxy A50 was the second mentioned version, it can be expected that u Galaxy The A50s will be the same.
The update carries firmware version A507FNXXU5DUB6 and is currently rolling out to users in Vietnam. As always, it shouldn't be long before it spreads to other corners of the world.
To remind - Android 11 brings a number of new features such as chat bubbles, one-time permissions, a conversation section in the notification panel, easier control of smart devices or a separate widget for multimedia playback. One UI 3.1 then includes news such as a "refreshed" user interface, improved widgets on the lock screen and on the always-on display, an improved dynamic screen lock, better performance of the camera's automatic focus, or the ability to insert your own images or videos on the call screen.
