Samsung has finally announced the event Galaxy Awesome Unpacked, where they are most likely to reveal the eagerly awaited smartphones Galaxy A52 a Galaxy A72. The event will take place on March 17 and will be broadcast live on the tech giant's YouTube channel and its official communication channel Samsung Global Newsroom. This date coincides with the one Samsung prematurely "leaked" a few days ago.

Both mid-range phones should bring a number of improvements compared to their predecessors, including features that we have been used to seeing in Samsung flagships, such as a higher refresh rate, water resistance (thanks to IP67 certification) or optical camera stabilization.

Galaxy According to the flood of leaks from the last days and weeks, the A52 will have a Super AMOLED display with a 6,5-inch diagonal, FHD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 90 Hz (for the 5G version it will even be 120 Hz), a Snapdragon 720G chipset (the 5G version should be powered by a Snapdragon 750G), 6 or 8 GB of operating system and 128 or 256 GB of internal memory, a quad camera with a resolution of 64, 12, 5 and 5 MPx, a 32 MPx front camera, an under-display fingerprint reader, Androidem 11 with One UI 3.1 superstructure and a 4500mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging.

Galaxy The A72 should have almost the same parameters, but it will differ by a larger diagonal (6,7 inches), partly by the resolution of the camera (64, 12, 8 and 2 MPx) and battery capacity (5000 mAh). Unlike its sibling, it will reportedly not be available in a 5G version.
