Samsung introduced new TVs in January NeoQLED, which are the first to be built on Mini-LED technology. They've already received praise for deeper blacks, higher brightness and improved local dimming. Now the tech giant has boasted that the Neo QLED TVs are the first TVs in the world to receive Eye certification Care from the VDE institute.

VDE (Verband Deutscher Elektrotechniker) is the recognized German engineering institute for electrical engineering certification and its Eye certification Care receive products that are considered safe for human eyes. The certification includes two certificates - Safety For Eyes and Gentle To The Eyes.

Products that receive Safety For Eyes certification emit safe levels of blue light and infrared and ultraviolet radiation as determined by the International Electrotechnical Commission (ICE). Devices that receive the Gentle To The Eyes certificate meet CIE (International Commission on Illumination) standards for melatonin suppression.

In addition, VDE praised the new high-end TVs for color uniformity and fidelity. Earlier also television received the Best TV of All Time award from the prestigious German audio-video magazine Video. It is also great for gaming, as it boasts features such as HDR10+, Super Ultrawide GameView (32:9), Game Bar, 120 Hz refresh rate and variable refresh rate or Auto Low Latency (the TV automatically switches to game mode or preset when detects a signal from a game console, PC or other devices).
