Alleged camera specs of the phone have leaked into the air Galaxy A22. Like its predecessor last year Galaxy A21 it should have four rear sensors and the same resolution in addition to the main one.
According to Korean site The Elec, cited by SamMobile, it will Galaxy A22 has a quad camera with a resolution of 48, 8, 2 and 2 MPx. The front camera should have a resolution of 13 MPx. The sensors for the rear photo module are said to be supplied by Samsung's division Samsung Electro-Mechanics, while the front photo module is supplied by CoAsia.

Samsung is targeting India and other emerging markets with the phone. It should be available in both 4G and 5G variants. According to unofficial reports, the latter will be equipped with a Dimensity 700 chipset, 3 GB of memory and will be available in at least four colors - gray, light green, white and purple. The 4G version will probably use a less powerful chip and it is possible that it will differ from the 5G version in other areas as well.
Galaxy The A22 5G could be the South Korean tech giant's cheapest 5G smartphone this year, and it will most likely cost less than the €279 (roughly CZK 7) it was launched for Galaxy A32 5G. It should be introduced sometime in the second half of the year.
