Today, Samsung finally introduced one of the most anticipated phones of this year Galaxy A52 a Galaxy A72. And the leaks of the past days and weeks were not wrong - the news does indeed bring a number of features that we have been used to seeing in flagships until now. These include, for example, optical image stabilization, a higher refresh rate of the display, water resistance or stereo speakers.

Galaxy The A52 got a Super AMOLED Infinity-O display with a 6,5-inch diagonal, FHD+ resolution (1080 x 2400 px), brightness of up to 800 nits and a refresh rate of 90 Hz (for the 5G version it is 120 Hz). It is powered by an unspecified chipset with two cores running at 2,3 GHz and six others at 1,8 GHz (for the 5G version it is also an unspecified chip with two processor cores running at 2,2 GHz and the others at 1,8 GHz ; according to leaks from the past days and weeks, it is the Snapdragon 720G or 750G). The chip is paired with 6 or 8 GB of RAM (only 5 GB for the 6G version) and 128 and 256 GB of storage (only 5 GB for the 128G version). The internal memory can be expanded up to another 1 TB with microSD cards (Samsung seems to have heard criticism for the lack of a microSD slot in flagship phones Galaxy S21).

The camera is quadruple with a resolution of 64, 12, 5 and 5 MPx, while the main sensor has a lens with an aperture of f/1.8 and optical image stabilization, the second is an ultra-wide-angle lens with an aperture of f/2.2, the third fulfills the role of a macro camera and the last is used to capture depth of field . The camera also boasts an improved night mode or Single Take photo mode. The front camera has a resolution of 32 MPx and supports the effects of the social network Snapchat. The equipment includes a fingerprint reader integrated into the display, stereo speakers and NFC. There is also support for Samsung Knox, which provides multi-level security for both software and hardware. Of course, we must not forget the attraction of waterproofness and dust resistance, which is ensured by the IP67 certification.

The smartphone is software-based Androidwith 11 and the One UI 3.1 user interface. The battery has a capacity of 4500 mAh (Samsung promises two days of battery life on a single charge) and supports fast charging with a power of 25 W.

His sibling Galaxy The A72 is equipped with a Super AMOLED Infinity-O display with a diagonal of 6,7 inches, FHD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 90 Hz. It uses an unspecified 8-core chip again (apparently it's the Snapdragon 720G as in the LTE version Galaxy A52), which complements 6 GB of operating and 128 internal memory.

The camera has a resolution of 64, 12, 5 and 8 MPx, while the first three sensors have the same parameters as those of Galaxy A52. The difference is in the last sensor, which is a telephoto lens with an aperture of f/2,4, optical image stabilization, 3x optical and 30x digital zoom (Galaxy A52 does not support optical zoom and "does" a maximum of 10x digital zoom). The front camera, like its sibling, has a resolution of 32 MPx. Here, too, we find an under-display fingerprint reader, stereo speakers, IP67 certification, NFC and the Samsung Knox service.

The phone also runs on Androidfor 11 and the One UI 3.1 superstructure, the battery has a capacity of 5000 mAh and also supports 25W fast charging.

The novelties are already available for sale in the Samsung e-shop and at selected electronics retailers in black, blue, white and purple. Galaxy The A52 in the 6/128 GB variant costs CZK 8, in the 999/8 GB variant it costs CZK 256. Galaxy A52 5G (6/128 GB) is sold for CZK 10 and Galaxy A72 (6/128 GB) for 11 crowns. First customers can get wireless headphones as an added bonus Galaxy Buds +. The event is valid from 17.-3. 11. 4 or while stocks last.
