Samsung Neo QLED televisions have received additional certification from the recognized VDE institute. This time, the newly issued certificate confirms that it is also great for playing games.

Samsung has announced that its four Neo QLED TVs – QN900, QN800, QN90 and QN85 – are the first in the industry to receive VDE Gaming TV Performance certification. VDE (Verband Deutscher Elektrotechnikem) is a globally recognized German engineering institution specializing in electrical engineering certification. Just a few days ago I bought Neo QLED TVs granted Eye certification Care, which certifies that they are safe for human eyes.

Samsung's new high-end TVs, which are the first to be built on Mini-LED technology, have an extremely low latency of 10ms, thanks to which they offer an immersive gaming experience. The TVs also boast a peak brightness of over 1000 nits, offering great HDR performance.

In addition, Neo QLED TVs feature gaming features such as AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, Motion Xcelerator Turbo+ (120Hz refresh rate), Game Bar and Wide Game View (aspect ratio 21:9 and 32:9). The gaming experience is also enhanced by 100% color volume, deeper shades of black or better control of local dimming (via Mini-LED backlighting). The TVs also work great with high-end PCs and consoles like the PS5 and Xbox Series X.
