The pace at which Samsung releases the update s Androidem 11, it does not let up – its latest addressee, together with the One UI 3 superstructure, is again a series smartphone Galaxy AT - Galaxy A40. The update includes the March security patch.

The new update carries the firmware version A405FNXXU3CUC2 and is currently distributed by the mobile operator Vodafone in Germany. Soon it should reach other countries, at least those where Galaxy A40 is sold by the second largest mobile operator in the world.

The focus of the update is of course the One UI 3 user interface, although owners of the two-year-old phone shouldn't expect it to include every single one of its features. They can expect, for example, an improved user interface design, improved native applications or better-functioning automatic camera focus. As regards Android 11, it brings, among other things, chat bubbles, one-time permissions, a separate widget for media playback or a conversation section in the notification panel.

Update with Androidem 11 and the One UI 3/3.1 superstructure have been received in recent days and weeks by a whole range of Samsung devices, including Galaxy A80, Galaxy A70, Galaxy M31, Galaxy M51, Galaxy S10 Lite, Galaxy S20 FE, series Galaxy S20, S10, Note 20 and Note 10, any of its foldable smartphones or tablets Galaxy Tab S7 and S7+ and Galaxy Table S6.
