For Samsung, the motto "the next day, the next update to the next smartphone" may really be starting to apply. It just started releasing an update with the April security patch for last year's flagship phones Galaxy S20.

The new update carries firmware version G98xxxXXS7DUC9 and is currently rolling out to users Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+ and Galaxy S20 Ultra in Germany. Like the previous updates, this one should spread to other countries of the world in the coming days. It doesn't come with any improvements or new features, which isn't surprising since it's only been a few weeks since the series got big update improving camera performance in particular. As always, you can check the availability of the update by opening the menu Settings, by selecting the option Software update and tapping the option Download and install. In the last two weeks or so, Samsung has released the latest security patch for a wide range of devices, including the range of phones Galaxy S21, Galaxy S10, Galaxy S9 to Galaxy Note 10, a foldable smartphone Galaxy From Fold 2 or phones Galaxy A51, Galaxy A52 a Galaxy A71.
