Many South Korean users of Samsung's current flagship wireless headphones Galaxy Buds pro According to a new report by Chinese news channel CCTV News, they have recently been complaining of health problems, namely inflammation of the ear canal. Samsung responded to the news by saying that the headphones had passed standard international tests before being released.

Samsung further stated in its defense that since the earphones are placed in the ears, sweat or moisture can cause similar problems. This is not the first time such complaints have been made public. Some time ago, some Chinese media reported that wearing Galaxy Buds Pro causes blisters and inflammation.

Some experts believe that in order to ensure the effect of noise reduction, Samsung designed the earphone tips too large, which may cause skin irritation of the ear canal. According to others, health problems can be caused by allergies to the materials from which the headphones are made (which Samsung lists on its official website, anyway).

In this context, the South Korean technology giant confirmed the possibility of difficulties due to the structure of the headphones. He advises users to regularly clean and disinfect them while keeping their ear canals dry.
