At the Display Week 2021 event, Samsung demonstrated what it thinks the "flexible" future should look like, and not only that. Here he revealed an extremely bent display, a giant flexible panel for folding tablets as well as a slide-out screen and a display with a built-in selfie camera.

It has been speculated for some time that Samsung is working on an ultra-bent device, so now it has been confirmed. A bi-folding panel can be part of a device that will open both inwards and outwards. When the panel is folded over, the device can be used as a smartphone with it, and when unfolded, its (maximum) size is 7,2 inches.

Equally interesting is the giant flexible panel, which suggests that Samsung's flexible tablets are already knocking on the door. When folded, it has a size of 17 inches and an aspect ratio of 4:3, when unfolded it looks almost like a monitor. A tablet with such a display will certainly be much more versatile than a regular tablet.

Then there's the slide-out (scroll) display, which has also long been the subject of speculation. This technology allows the screen to be stretched horizontally without the need for any bends. We could see something similar with the recently introduced one of TCL's flexible phone concept.

In addition, the South Korean tech giant boasted a display with an integrated selfie camera. He showed the technology on a laptop, which thanks to it has very minimal frames. Apparently, the flexible phone will also have this technology Galaxy From Fold 3.
