Samsung smartphone customers in the US are more satisfied than Apple customers. A new study conducted by ACSI (American Customer Satisfaction Index) found this out. According to her, the five best-rated phones among American customers are manufactured by the South Korean technology giant.

Samsung achieved an ACSI score of 81, which was enough to beat all its rivals including Apple. The Cupertino tech giant scored one less point, as did Google and Motorola. In other words, Samsung is on a different level, while Apple it competes with smartphone brands that are far less influential than it is.

The study showed that American smartphone owners Galaxy have higher satisfaction scores than others, with the five highest-rated smartphones among US customers bearing the logo Galaxy. According to her, they are the best-rated smartphones in the eyes of American customers  Galaxy S10 +, Galaxy Note 10+ and Galaxy S20+ with an ACSI score of 85.

Phones Galaxy S20, Galaxy A20 a Galaxy The S10 scored 84, 83 and 82 points. The latter achieved the same score as four Apple smartphones, namely iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 11 ProMax, iPhone X has iPhone XS Max.

For Samsung, these results are a great success because Apple in the US, it completely dominates the field of smartphones - its share was almost 60% in April, while Apple's share was less than 25%.
