As you know from our previous news, Samsung is apparently preparing a successor to the successful "budget flagship" Galaxy S20 FE. In recent months, some information about him has been leaked informace, for example about the display or the battery. Now you Galaxy The S21 FE appeared in a popular benchmark which confirmed that the phone will use the Snapdragon 888 chipset.

Galaxy The S21 FE has been listed on the Geekbench 5 benchmark database, which revealed that the smartphone will be powered by Qualcomm's current flagship Snapdragon 888 chipset.

Older leaks talked about the fact that the phone could use an Exynos 888 chip in addition to the Snapdragon 2100, but this is unlikely - unlike its predecessor, the smartphone should only be offered in a 5G version (Galaxy The S20 FE 5G is powered by the Snapdragon 865).

Galaxy The S21 FE otherwise scored 381 points in the single-core test and 1917 points in the multi-core test. The benchmark also revealed that it will have 6 GB of RAM (although it is likely that an 8 GB variant will also be available).

According to unofficial reports so far, the phone will get a 6,4-inch Super AMOLED display with 120 Hz refresh rate support, 128 or 256 GB of internal memory, a triple camera and a 4500 mAh battery (and probably with support for 25W fast charging). According to known leaker Evan Blass, it will be launched on August 19.
