Shortly after Samsung started on the first device – Galaxy From Flip 5G – to release the June security patch, it has arrived on other – phones of the current flagship series Galaxy S21. In addition to better security, the new update also fixes annoying problems with the camera app that some users have been reporting since the release of the series.

New update for Galaxy S21, S21+ and S21Ultra it carries firmware version G99xBXXU3AUE8 and is currently distributed in UAE. As with past updates of this kind, this one should also spread to other countries around the world in the coming days. It's still not clear what vulnerabilities it fixes, but we should most likely be wiser in the coming days.

In addition to increased security, the update finally solves problems with the performance of the camera application, more precisely with its slowness. This manifested itself, for example, when zooming (according to some users, for example, it took up to 3 seconds to zoom in three times), switching between the main and zoom cameras or switching between individual photo modes. That was the only downside to an otherwise excellent camera Galaxy S21.
