As you know from our previous news, Samsung should along with flexible phones Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 3 to introduce a smartphone in August Galaxy S21 FE. However, according to various reports, the launch of the new "budget flagship" may be delayed. The reason is said to be a critical lack of components.

According to reports from South Korea, Samsung had to temporarily stop production Galaxy S21 FE due to lack of batteries. The main supplier of batteries for the phone was LG Energy Solution, but it is itself facing production problems. Samsung's subsidiary Samsung SDI has been selected as a secondary supplier, but it is still awaiting permission to start production. Some other reports mention that the lack of Snapdragon 888 chips caused the delay in the phone's launch. However, all reports agree that the delay should be relatively short, two months at most.

Galaxy According to the leaks so far, the S21 FE will get a 6,5-inch Infinity-O Super AMOLED display, FHD+ resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate, Snapdragon 888 chipset, 6 or 8 GB of RAM and 128 or 256 GB of internal memory, a triple camera with resolution three times 12 MPx, 32 MPx front camera, under-display fingerprint reader, stereo speakers, IP68 degree of resistance, support for 5G networks and a battery with a capacity of 4500 mAh and support for 25W fast charging (support for fast wireless charging and reverse wireless charging is also likely).

The smartphone should be available in at least four colors – black, white, purple and olive green, and its price should start at 700-800 thousand won (roughly 13-15 thousand crowns).
