Samsung phone Galaxy S21Ultra it seems to be suffering from a strange bug that has been making life uncomfortable for its owners for the past few months. According to numerous reports from owners of the top model of Samsung's current flagship, the camera app is causing the battery to drain abnormally fast when the phone is idle.

This is most likely to happen in a situation where the owners walk around with the phone in their pocket. This is apparently caused by the fact that the camera application wakes up the phone when motion is detected. Battery drain can be mild to very noticeable depending on the device – at least one user reported a 21% power drop over the course of seven hours and after just 15 minutes of screen time. The only way to know if something is wrong is to use one of the advanced battery monitoring apps (such as touch), as standard androidov's battery monitoring tool doesn't show anything wrong.

It is worth noting that Galaxy The S21 Ultra isn't the only device facing this problem. Some owners Galaxy Notes 20 Ultra they noticed that the camera app wakes up the phone much like the photo app does on the other Ultra, however they didn't notice that it affected battery life. And what about you? You are the owner Galaxy S21 Ultra or Note 20 Ultra and have this problem? Let us know in the comments below the article.
