Samsung introduced quietly to the scene Galaxy Chromebook Go, an ultra-affordable laptop built on Chrome OS. With the news, the South Korean technology giant has completed its offer of chromebooks, which in addition includes it Galaxy Chromebook a Galaxy Chromebook 2.

Galaxy The Chromebook Go got a 14-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels. It is powered by a dual-core Intel Celeron N4500 processor, complemented by an Intel UHD graphics chip, 4 or 8 GB of RAM and 32-128 GB of storage, expandable via microSD card.

The device is equipped with a keyboard without a numeric part, a decently large multi-touch trackpad, stereo speakers with a power of 1,5 W and a web camera with HD resolution. Connectivity includes LTE (nano-SIM), Wi-Fi 6 (2×2), a USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 connector, two USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 connectors and a 3,5mm jack. The notebook is 15,9 mm thin and weighs 1,45 kg. It is powered by a battery with a capacity of 42,3 Wr, and the manufacturer bundles a 45W USB-C charger with it.

Samsung hasn't announced when Galaxy The Chromebook Go will go on sale no matter how much it costs. However, it can be expected that its price will start at "plus or minus" 300 dollars (roughly CZK 6). It should be available in Asia, Europe and North America.
