Samsung continues to release the June security patch. One of his other recipients is a three-month-old mid-range smartphone Galaxy A72.

New update for Galaxy The A72 carries firmware version A725FXXU2AUF3 and is currently distributed in Russia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine. In the coming days, it should expand to other countries of the world.

The June security patch includes 47 fixes from Google and 19 fixes from Samsung, some of which have been marked as critical. Fixes from Samsung addressed, for example, incorrect authentication in the SDP SDK, incorrect access in the notification settings, errors in the Samsung Contacts application, buffer overflows in the NPU driver or vulnerabilities related to the Exynos 9610, Exynos 9810, Exynos 9820 and Exynos 990 chipsets.

Galaxy The A72 went on sale in March alongside the phones Galaxy A52 a Galaxy A52 5G. He debuted with Androidem 11 and One UI 3.1 user interface and received May security update with some new features including video call effects. As the end of the month approaches, Samsung should start rolling out the July security update in the coming days.
