Already at the end of November, fans of mobile games will find out which team in the Czech Republic and Slovakia is the absolute best in the popular title League of Legends: Wild Rift. Riot Games, the company behind its development, has also decided to increase their motivation and will increase the financial rewards for the most successful units. They will now share 150 crowns in the final tournament of the Samsung MCR in mobile games. This is the highest amount ever offered by this tournament to the participants of a single game.
The mobile version of League of Legends (LoL), subtitled Wild Rift, immediately became a global hit after its release. The International Sports Federation even awarded it as this year's sports game. LoL: Wild Rift was also immediately included in the Samsung Championship of the Czech Republic in mobile games. In addition, the Riot Games studio decided to focus more on the Czech and Slovak community of the game, and therefore supported the tournament and increased the financial reward of the final part by 50 thousand crowns. The teams then competed for an additional 15 crowns during the qualifications.
With a total financial subsidy of 150 crowns, LoL:Wild Rift thus becomes the best-rated game in the history of Czech mobile game competitions in its premiere year. The eSuba team is the first group that has secured participation in the final part of the Samsung MČR in mobile games. Already at the beginning of October, fans will learn the names of the other five advancing. A total of eight teams will participate in the finals.
Spectators will be able to watch the final matches of Samsung MČR in mobile games in LoL:Wild Rift live on November 27 and 28 at the BVV - Brno Exhibition Center - as part of the Life! festival. The most important matches of the season will be broadcast on the PLAYzone Twitch channel, then on the Prima COOL Facebook page and also on the HbbTV application of the Prima television stations. The long-term mobile phone manufacturer Samsung, which has traditionally supported the championship, is once again becoming a strategic partner.
