Samsung has quietly launched a new budget smartphone Galaxy A03, successor to the phone Galaxy A02. In contrast, it will offer a better main camera or a higher maximum capacity of the operating memory.
Galaxy A03 got a PLS IPS display with a diagonal of 6,5 inches, HD+ resolution (720 x 1600 px) and teardrop cutout, an unspecified octa-core chipset with a frequency of 1,6 GHz, 3 or 4 GB of operating memory and 32-128 GB of internal memory . Its dimensions are 164,2 x 75,9 x 9,1 mm.

The camera is dual with a resolution of 48 and 2 MPx, with the second performing the role of a depth of field sensor. The front camera has a resolution of 5 MPx. The equipment includes a 3,5 mm jack, the fingerprint reader is missing as before. However, there is support for the Dolby Atmos audio standard.
The battery has a capacity of 5000 mAh and is charged like its predecessor via an outdated microUSB port. The phone does not support fast charging. The operating system is Android 11.
The novelty will be available in black, blue and red colors and should reach the market in December. How much it will cost and whether it will also go to Europe is unknown at the moment.
