Samsung launched a new low-end tablet Galaxy Tab A8. Among other things, it offers a large display, high performance in its class and a pleasant price.
Galaxy The Tab A8 got a 10,5-inch TFT display with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels, an aspect ratio of 16:10 and relatively thin frames and a relatively thin body (6,9 mm). It is powered by the Unisoc Tiger T618 chipset, which is complemented by 3 or 4 GB of operating and 32 or 64 GB of internal memory (expandable by microSD cards up to 1 GB). According to Samsung, it has a chipset compared to the Snapdragon 662 that the tablet uses Galaxy Tab A7 10.4 (2020), 10% higher processor and graphics performance.
The equipment includes an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP selfie camera, four stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, a fingerprint reader on the back and a 3,5mm jack.

The battery has a capacity of 7040 mAh and supports fast charging with a power of 15 W. The operating system is Android 11 with One UI 3 superstructure.
Galaxy The Tab A8 will be available in gray and silver in early January. The variant with 3 GB of operating system and 32 GB of internal memory in the version with Wi-Fi will cost CZK 5, the variant with 999/3 GB in the LTE version will cost CZK 32, and the variant with 6/999 GB (Wi-Fi) will cost CZK 4.
