It is expected to be one of the affordable phones that Samsung should introduce this year Galaxy A23. As the name suggests, it will be the successor to last year's budget smartphone Galaxy A22. Earlier there were speculations that it will have a 50MPx main camera. However, according to a new report, this camera does not come from the workshop of the Korean tech giant.

According to information from the Korean website The Elec, they design and manufacture a 50MPx main camera Galaxy A23 two partner companies of Samsung - Sunny Optical and Patron. Its exact specifications are unknown at the moment, but it will reportedly feature optical image stabilization, a key component for capturing high-quality images in a variety of lighting conditions. This feature is a rarity in budget phones.

According to the website, the 50 MPx main camera will be accompanied by three other sensors, namely a 5 MPx "wide-angle", a 2 MPx macro camera and a 2 MPx depth of field sensor. The phone should otherwise be available in 4G and 5G versions, just like its predecessor. The website also added that both versions will have, again like their predecessors, different specifications. The first mentioned will be staged in April and the second three months later. According to the report, Samsung is also said to be planning to deliver 17,1 million 4G variants and 12,6 million 5G variants to the market this year.
