Samsung started on Galaxy From Fold3 release a new software update. This is already the second January update for this foldable smartphone - in the middle of the month, the Korean giant released the January security patch for it.

New update for Galaxy The Z Fold3 carries firmware version F926BXXU1BVA9 and is currently distributed in a number of countries around the world, including Czech, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Croatia, Serbia, Macedonia, Ukraine, Great Britain, Ireland, Turkey, South Africa, Saudi Arabia or Israel. It should expand to more countries in the coming days.

The release notes mention unspecified bug fixes, improved device stability, and better performance. With January's security patch in mind, it's likely that the new update fixes bugs that crept into the stable version Androidat 12/One UI 4.0, which the third Fold received in December.

Galaxy Z Fold3 was launched in August last year with Androidem 11 and the One UI 3.1.1 superstructure. It will see two more major system updates in the future.
