In the last few weeks, many smartphone users Galaxy woke up in the morning with a new Samsung app that sort of installed itself on their phones. It's called DECO PIC and you may have already noticed it in the installed applications menu. At first glance, it looks like it was downloaded and installed without the user's consent, but that's not entirely true.

Don't worry, your Samsung phone didn't install this app without your permission. It simply created a shortcut to an application that was already on the phone, but was hidden inside the default Camera application. More specifically, DECO PIC was, and still is, openable in the AR section of Camera. However, it is hidden behind several menus and the feature cannot be accessed immediately. That is, until now.

After a quiet update from Samsung, DECO PIC now has its own representative. So users who want to open their camera in augmented reality mode for the first time can now do so without unnecessary delay by choosing the camera mode menu. The interface of the title is simple. After opening it, you will be greeted with several categories of AR items. Before taking a picture, you can select the aspect ratio of the future photo, point the camera at the desired object and start customizing the scene using augmented reality items.

DECO PIC has several categories where you can add GIFs, masks, frames or stamps. In addition, you can search and download/buy live AR stickers from the store here Galaxy Store. As soon as you take an AR photo, you can of course find it in the Gallery application, where you can edit it and perhaps share it further or work with it in other ways.
