The most equipped model of the upcoming Samsung flagship series Galaxy S22, i.e. the S22 Ultra, appeared on the site of the popular Geekbench 5.4.4 benchmark. Its variant with a chip Exynos 2200 in the multi-core test, it narrowly beat the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 version.
Specifically, a variant Galaxy The S22 Ultra with Exynos 2200 scored 3508 points in the multi-core test, while the version with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 scored 3462 points. When it comes to the single-core test, the results were very even there as well - the variant with the Exynos 2200 scored 1168 points, while the variant with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 scored only 58 points more.
The Exynos 2200 is built on Samsung's 4nm manufacturing process and uses ARMv9 cores – one super-powerful Cortex-X2 core, three powerful Cortex-A710 cores and four power-saving Cortex-A510 cores. The Xclipse 920 chip, based on AMD's RDNA 2 architecture, is integrated into it. The series will be the first to use the new Exynos Galaxy S22, in selected markets including Europe.
Galaxy Otherwise, the S22 Ultra will probably get a 6,8-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a QHD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120 Hz, 8 or 12 GB of RAM and up to 512 GB of internal memory, a quad camera with a main 108 MPx sensor, a built-in stylus or a battery with a capacity of 5000 mAh and support for fast charging with a power of 45 W. The phone will be launched together with the S22+ and S22 models already on February 9.
