Although Samsung started releasing on the first device a few days ago February security patch, is still continuing to release last month's security patch. Its last addressee is a lower middle class phone from last year Galaxy A41.

As a reminder – the January security patch brought a total of 62 fixes, including 52 from Google and 10 from Samsung. Vulnerabilities found in Samsung smartphones included, but were not limited to, incorrect inbound event sanitization, incorrect implementation of the Knox Guard security service, incorrect authorization in the TelephonyManager service, incorrect exception handling in the NPU driver, or storage of unprotected data in the BluetoothSettingsProvider service.

Galaxy The A41 was launched in May 2020 with Androidem 10. Less than a year later, he received an update with Androidem 11 and the One UI 3.1 superstructure. He should get it sometime in the middle of this year Android 12, which will be its last system upgrade.
