We are behind what is probably the most important event of the year for Samsung. We have seen the top line of smartphones Galaxy S22 and tablets Galaxy Tab S8, which excel in many ways. Although we will see new foldable devices in the summer, this is still a relatively specific market that goes beyond the box of smartphones. If you haven't been able to keep up with the flood of information, here you have everything nicely in one place.
Similar to what other manufacturers do and Apple without exception, Samsung approached the presentation through a pre-recorded video. It featured well-known and lesser-known faces of the company, but of course individual products played the main role here. If you didn't see it live, you can play it from the recording.
Models Galaxy The S22 and S22+ allow users to enjoy new levels of creativity and self-expression, while the S22 Ultra combines the best of the Note and S series to set a new standard for premium smartphones. Galaxy Meanwhile, the Tab S8, S8+ and S8 Ultra combine sophisticated hardware with powerful performance, offering users freedom and flexibility for work and play like never before. At least this is how Samsung defines its news in a nutshell.

Galaxy S22Ultra
Samsung Galaxy The S22 Ultra has a 6,8" Edge QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It will offer a peak brightness of 1 nits and a contrast ratio of 750:3. The display also has an ultrasonic fingerprint reader built into it. The dimensions of the device are 000 x 000 x 1 mm, the weight is 77,9 g. The device has a quad camera. The main 163,3-degree wide-angle camera will offer 8,9MPx with Dual Pixels af/229 technology. The 85 MPx ultra-wide-angle camera with a 108-degree angle of view then has f/1,8. Next up is a duo of telephoto lenses. The first one has triple zoom, 12 MPx, 120-degree angle of view, f/2,2. The periscope telephoto lens offers a ten-fold zoom, its resolution is 10 MPx, the angle of view is 36 degrees and the aperture is f/2,4. There is also a 10x Space Zoom. The front camera in the display opening is 11MPx with an 4,9-degree angle of view and f40.

The highest model of the series will offer from 8 to 12 GB of operating memory. 8 GB is present only in the 128 GB memory variant, the following 256, 512 GB and 1 TB variants already have 12 GB of RAM memory. However, the highest configuration will not be officially available here. The included chipset is manufactured using 4nm technology and is either an Exynos 2200 or a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. The variant used depends on the market where the device will be distributed. We will get the Exynos 2200. The battery size is 5000 mAh. There is support for 45W wired and 15W wireless charging. There is support for 5G, LTE, Wi-Fi 6E, or Bluetooth in version 5.2, UWB, Samsung Pay and a typical set of sensors, as well as IP68 resistance (30 minutes at a depth of 1,5 m). This also applies to the present S Pen included in the body of the device. Samsung Galaxy Out of the box, the S22 Ultra will include Android 12 with UI 4.1.

The tablets collectively have a 13MP wide-angle camera accompanied by a 6MP ultra-wide-angle camera. LED is also a matter of course. Smaller models have a 12MPx ultra-wide-angle front camera, but the Ultra model offers two 12MPx cameras, one wide-angle and the other ultra-wide-angle. There will be a choice of 8 or 12 GB of operating memory for the models Galaxy Tab S8 and S8+, Ultra also gets 16 GB. The integrated storage can be 128, 256 or 512 GB depending on the model. Not a single model lacks support for memory cards up to 1 TB in size. The included chipset is manufactured using 4nm technology.
