Honor launched the Honor 60 SE, the successor to the successful Honor 50 SE. The novelty attracts a large display with a high refresh rate, fast charging or an attractive design, which, at least in the area of cameras, seems to fall out of the eye of the newer iPhone Pro. But it will be competition for Samsung's upcoming mid-range smartphones such as Galaxy A53 5G.

The Honor 60 SE has a decently curved OLED display on the sides with a size of 6,67 inches, a resolution of 1080 x 2400 px, a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a small circular hole located at the top in the middle, the Dimensity 900 5G chipset, 8 GB of operating memory and 128 or 256 GB non-expandable internal memory.

The main sensor has a resolution of 64 Mpx, Honor does not mention the resolution of the other sensors, but with respect to its predecessor, one can expect an 8 MPx "wide-angle" and a 2 MPx macro camera. Even the resolution of the front camera is not known at the moment, but again with respect to the predecessor, it could be 16 MPx. The equipment includes an under-display fingerprint reader. The battery has a capacity of 4300 mAh and supports fast charging with a power of 66 W. The operating system is Android 11 with Magic UI 5.0 superstructure

The Honor 60 SE will go on sale on February 17 and will be available in Silver, Black and Jade Green colors. The variant with 128GB storage will cost 2 yuan (roughly 199 crowns) and the version with 7GB storage will cost 400 yuan (approximately 256 crowns). Whether the phone will make it to international markets is unclear at this point.
