Every year, Samsung introduces more and more affordable smartphones with support for 5G networks. It was its cheapest 5G model last year Galaxy A13 5G and it won't be any different this year either, as another affordable 5G phone has now appeared in the Bluetooth and FCC databases.

Samsung's new 5G smartphone is listed as SM-M236B_DS in Bluetooth and FCC certification documents. It follows that it could bear a name Galaxy M23 5G. It is possible that it will also be available in an LTE version. The designation also implies that it will have a slot for two SIM cards.

Although the certification documents did not reveal any specifications of the new phone, it can be expected to get a Super AMOLED display with a higher refresh rate, a 5G chipset, at least 4 GB of RAM, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, a USB-C port, a fingerprint reader , 3,5mm jack, NFC and a battery with a capacity of 5000 mAh or higher and support for fast charging. We can only speculate at this point as to when it might be revealed to the public, but considering when the smartphone was unveiled Galaxy M22, it could be in the fall.
