In today's installment of the series on apps you shouldn't miss, we'll focus on "apps" that allow you to share photos with your friends and loved ones. Which ones do we think you can't go wrong with in this area?
Google photos
The first tip is not at all surprising, it is Google Photos. The popular application offers 15 GB of free cloud space for your photos and videos and features such as shared albums, automatic creation, advanced editing options, fast and powerful search, photo books or shared libraries (the latter allows you to give access to all your photos to a person you trust ). If the mentioned 15 GB of space is not enough for you, it can be expanded by purchasing a subscription.

Our second tip is the popular social network Instagram, which is specifically designed for sharing photos (and videos). The app allows users to edit their snaps with a range of filters and share them publicly and privately (the default setting is public; they can be shared privately via Instagram Direct). The app is free and contains ads and offers in-app purchases.

Another tip is Imgur, which is the most popular photo-sharing "app" among Reddit users. The reason is simple – the app is free and easy to use. Simply select the frame or image you want to upload, upload it, and the app will then create a link (with unlimited validity) for easy social sharing.
500px
The 500px app is from a slightly different barrel. It allows you to share your photos with millions of photographers around the world and build your own brand. It is therefore intended primarily for aspiring professional photographers (after all, the possibility of getting paid for photos also proves this). It also works as a social media style service. You get a profile where you can upload your work. Your work can also be licensed to protect it from theft. The application is basically offered for free (with ads), for more advanced functions (and operation without ads) a subscription is paid ($6,49 per month and $35,93 per year, or approximately 141 and 776 crowns).
Discord
Did you know that Discord is not only a popular chat app within various communities, but that it also allows you to share photos? It is possible to create a whole channel just for photos, share them here and see who shared them and when. It is worth noting that images larger than 8 MB are compressed by the application, but this limit can be removed by purchasing a subscription to Discord Nitro, which costs $9,99 per month (about 216 crowns).
