As you probably know from our previous news, Samsung is going to introduce a number of new mid-range smartphones this year, among others Galaxy A53 or Galaxy A73. Now, the Geekbench benchmark has revealed that it is also working on a successor to the phone Galaxy M52 5G.

Successor Galaxy The M52 5G will unsurprisingly be called the Geekbench 5 database Galaxy M53 5G (codename SM-M536B). It is to be powered by the Dimensity 900 chipset in hardware and in software Android 12. Otherwise, the smartphone scored 679 points in the single-core test, and 2064 points in the multi-core test. According to information from the SamMobile website, it is now being tested in India and is expected to be available in European markets as well.

More about the phone is not known at the moment, but considering its predecessor, we can expect it to have a Super AMOLED display with a high refresh rate, at least 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal memory, at least a triple camera and a battery with a capacity of at least 5000 mAh. Whereas the Galaxy The A52 5G was launched last autumn, it can be assumed that we will have to wait a few more months for its successor.
