A globally popular microblogging platform Twitter has announced that it is working on a method to speed up uploading of videos to androiddevices. Sharing videos in lower resolution should already be faster.
According to Twitter, device users should now be s Androidem 9 and above are able to upload their favorite videos to the platform faster, as long as the uploads are 720p and below and their bitrate is 3,5MB/s or below. The platform added that it is currently working on uploading videos faster and with higher quality.

The faster upload speed is possible, according to Twitter, because the platform now supports "intelligent stream processing and remuxing to increase local processing speed." In other words, this means that Twitter has improved the way the platform handles uploads, thereby speeding up video uploads.
