Although the new flagship series of Samsung Galaxy S22 commercially very successful, its launch on the market was not without problems. It started confusion around display refresh rate and continued with a display error on the model S22Ultra. For the first one, the specification was corrected, for the second one there had to be a software update. Now, however, complaints are spreading on the Korean smartphone giant's community forums about another problem that the top-of-the-range model is once again having.

Some owners Galaxy The S22 Ultra complains about GPS not working on Samsung's official forums. Apparently it doesn't work after first setting up the phone or after a long period of inactivity. Navigation apps such as Google Maps are said to show a "cannot find GPS" error. The extent of the problem is unknown at this time, but it appears that quite a few users are experiencing it.

According to some, resetting the network settings or resetting the device to factory settings can fix the problem. For others, simply restarting the phone helped. Either way, it appears to be something that can be fixed via an OTA update. Samsung has yet to comment on the matter, but it's highly likely (given similar issues in the past) that they will do so very soon, or release a fix instead.
