Samsung launched One UI 4.1 along with a number of Galaxy S22. A few weeks later, the company started rolling out this update to high-end and mid-range smartphones as well. Not all features like smart widgets but it can do all Galaxy devices for which One UI 4.1 is already available.

One of the rather welcome innovations of One UI 4.1 is the Smart Gadget, a widget that allows you to group widgets of similar size so that they don't take up so much space on the phone's home screen. The feature has been released for phones Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 +, Galaxy S21Ultra a Galaxy S21FE. models Galaxy Z-Flip3, Galaxy ZFold3 a Galaxy A52 5G however, they didn't get the feature with the One UI 4.1 update.

It's not entirely clear why Samsung hasn't released smart widgets at least for its current flagship foldable smartphones. We don't think this feature would require an extremely powerful chipset, even if it did Galaxy Z is certainly not missing, as last year's "eska" can also handle the function.

So we have a twofold problem here. The first is that there's no way to say for sure what features devices will get with the One UI 4.1 update. It was logically thought that all devices that will be this superstructure Androidu 12 use, they will have identical functions. The second issue is that Samsung should be clear about this and say why which devices can't use which features. This can greatly undermine the talk about the duration of operating system updates, which can look like simple marketing gibberish, because Samsung will provide the update, but not new interesting functions.
