Samsung has quietly introduced a new laptop called Galaxy Chromebook 2 360. This is an affordable device with a touchscreen that rotates up to 360°, which is aimed at education.

Galaxy The Chromebook 2 360 has a 12,4-inch TFT LCD display with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels and a maximum brightness of 340 nits. The display has thin bezels and is compatible with a stylus, which is not included in the package. The notebook is powered by a dual-core Intel N4500 processor with a frequency of 1,1 GHz, which is complemented by 4 GB of operating memory and 64 or 128 GB of expandable storage. Graphics operations are provided by an integrated Intel UHD Graphics chip.

The equipment includes stereo speakers with a total power of 3 W, an HD web camera, two USB-C ports, one USB-A port and a combined headphone and microphone jack. The notebook also supports Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1 and LTE standards (in selected variants). The battery has a capacity of 45,5 Wh and should last up to ten hours on a single charge. Samsung bundles a 45W charger with the device. Galaxy The Chromebook 2 360 will be available from mid-April in the UK, at a price starting at 419 pounds (about 12 CZK). Whether it will be offered in other countries is not known at the moment.
