Despite the conditions in Ukraine, Samsung has figured out how to continue to provide customer service in the troubled country. The Korean giant said it will operate customer service remotely for customers in Ukraine who want to repair smartphones, tablets, computers and smartwatches.

Samsung's offline customer centers will continue to operate in areas of Ukraine where business activities have not been interrupted or have since been resumed. In addition, the company will continue to offer offline customer support through its service centers in areas where business activities are available. In locations where service centers cannot be operated, Samsung offers a free pickup service that customers can use to send their devices for repair. For remote customer service, the company cooperates with the Ukrainian logistics company Nova Poshta.

Samsung entered the Ukrainian market in 1996, when it started offering home appliances and mobile devices. Now he doesn't want to leave customers there in a difficult situation and is committed to providing customer service where possible.
