Even though Huawei has been plagued by tough US sanctions for several years, it doesn't mean that it has thrown the flint in the grass in the field of smartphones, so to speak. This is proven by the fact that he managed to launch several flexible phones in difficult conditions. Now the former smartphone giant has announced when it will introduce its next "puzzle".

Huawei has announced via the social network Weibo that it will launch its next flexible phone called the Mate Xs 2 as early as next week on April 28. Unsurprisingly, it will happen in China. At the moment, only a minimum of information is known about the upcoming device, according to "behind the scenes" reports, it will have a Kirin 9000 chipset, an improved hinge mechanism and will run on the HarmonyOS system.

The first Mate Xs was introduced more than two years ago, so it will be interesting to see what improvements, whether in terms of ergonomics, hardware or otherwise, its successor will bring. At the moment it is not clear if the Mate Xs 2 will be available in international markets, but considering Huawei's past "benders" and the difficulties associated with the US embargo, it is not very likely.
