As reported by ČTK, the dangerous Flubot malware affecting phones with an operating system is spreading through the networks of Czech mobile operators via MMS and SMS Android. It looks like a missed voice message with a link to install the app, but then starts sending out more.

According to the Association of Mobile Network Operators, domestic operators recorded hundreds of thousands of these messages on Wednesday. These give the impression of a voicemail waiting in the mailbox. Of course you have to click on the link to listen to it. So definitely don't click on any and if you do, definitely don't download any app that it redirects you to.

If you received such a message, it is better to delete it immediately. At the same time, this virus was already spreading in Europe a year ago, but it was in the form of a message to track a shipment. It looked like it was from a transport company that delivers a package to you. However, a subsequently installed app could take over the user's phone and send personal data without their knowledge. So the clear recommendation is, don't install apps on your device from sources other than Google Play or Galaxy Store.
