Western Digital has announced the launch of an innovative, premium solution: the modular SSD ecosystem SanDisk Professional PRO-BLADETM. The solution is designed to meet the requirements for multi-tier, super-fast portable storage for lightning-fast uploading, processing and copying of high-volume, high-resolution digital content. The powerful PRO-BLADE ecosystem allows users to simply remove the lightweight, high-capacity PRO-BLADE SSD digital storage to physically transfer terabytes of stored data without additional bulky hardware. The exceptionally multi-purpose modular PRO-BLADE ecosystem is built to transform all workflows with scalable capacity while saving time not only in the field on location, but also subsequently in the studio.

Price and availability
The SSD digital storage PRO-BLADE SSD will be available in capacities of 1 TB (CZK 5), 249 TB (CZK 2) and 8 TB (CZK 746). Deliveries can be expected during June 4.
The PRO-BLADE TRANSPORT SSD portable case will be available without a disk, or with disks in capacities (CZK 1), 969 TB (CZK 1), 6 TB (CZK 937) and 2 TB (CZK 10). Sales are expected from June 535.
The PRO-BLADE STATION SSD desktop storage will be on the market in late 2022. The price has not been determined.

The new SanDisk Extreme PRO UHS-I SD and microSD memory cards will be available from June 2022. Recommended retail prices for SanDisk Extreme PRO UHS-I SD card start at 839 CZK (64 GB) and for SanDisk Extreme PRO UHS-I microSD prices and capacities start from 64 GB (629 CZK). The compatible SanDisk Professional PRO-READER SD & microSD reader will be available from June 2022 for 1 CZK.
