Yes, cell phone manufacturers are making their devices more and more durable. After all Galaxy The S22 Ultra has an Armor Aluminum frame and is covered by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ on the front and back, while the phone also has IP68 resistance. But even this does not guarantee him 100% protection. So if you're looking for a case, you can't go wrong with the PanzerGlass HardCase.

Galaxy The S22 Ultra is different after all. The company has combined a number in it Galaxy S s Galaxy Note, and this resulted in a universal and technology-packed model, which has a basic price tag set at a relatively high 32 CZK (you can buy, for example, here). Even if it is durable from all sides, even if you still want to protect it additionally, many quantities are offered. One of them is the PanzerGlass HardCase cover.

Work hard. Play hard. Protect hard.

The PanzerGlass HardCase has many advantages and only a few disadvantages. First of all, it is a MIL-STD-810H certification. It is a United States military standard that emphasizes adapting the equipment's environmental design and test limits to the conditions to which the equipment will be exposed throughout its lifetime.

The second thing that can still appeal to you nowadays is the antibacterial surface treatment. It is certified according to ISO 22196 and complies with JIS 22810. What does this mean? Simply that it kills 99,99 of known bacteria. This is due to silver phosphate glass (308069-39-8). If you thought that this is where we end the benefits, this is definitely not the case.

The cover is compatible with wireless charging, so you don't have to remove it from the device. He doesn't even mind water, which won't harm him in any way. Even though it is a hardcase, the cover is quite pliable and easy to handle. Most importantly, it does not slip out of your hand, which cannot be said about the device itself. In the package, its back side is still covered with foil, not only because of scratches, but precisely because of the presence of its antibacterial treatment. Of course, you peel off the foil after placing the cover on the phone.

And now for the cons. The first, of course, is that with the use of the cover, its dimensions will naturally increase and the weight will increase. But maybe it's just a small price to pay for proper phone protection. Thanks to the Crystal Black design, the cover really suits him, and of course, especially in the case of the darker variants. The cover is then made of TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) and polycarbonate, where the majority of it is made of recycled materials (60%). By using it, you don't burden mother Earth unnecessarily.

However, I recommend cleaning the device properly before putting on the cover. If you have any dirt on it, it will be properly "preserved" under the cover, and you will still see it through its transparent design, which you don't want. From the beginning of use, also expect that before you properly "touch" the cover, it will catch a lot of dust particles on itself and will thus look a little unsightly. But after a while it settles down.

The S Pen has not been forgotten

Handling the cover itself is simple. It is very easy to put on, and it is recommended to take it off by pushing through its weakest part, i.e. the space for the cameras. For them, it offers a total cutout. It's a shame that there isn't one for each lens and LED separately - but it's the same design as the version we reviewed for the model Galaxy S21FE 5G, so it's no surprise.

From the bottom there is a passage for the USB-C connector, as well as for the S Pen. It can be taken out and put on very easily, even with the cover, because the space around it is relatively generous. Next to it, there are cutouts for the speaker and microphone. The SIM card slot is covered. The buttons for determining the volume and the power button are not solved by penetrations, but outputs, so they are also fully protected from damage.

Durable and unobtrusive

The design is as discreet as it can be, and the protection is the maximum possible. Of course, it depends on your style of using the device and the environment you are in. The cover is not indestructible and may show some hairline or scratches over time. But it's true that it's still better than on the cover than on the phone. The price of CZK 699 is also reasonable for the quality of the product, which you can be sure of thanks to the PanzerGlass brand. So, if you want durable and rather inconspicuous protection that will always make your design stand out Galaxy S22 Ultra, it's actually an obvious choice.
