The Google Photos app is available on all smartphones with Androidem, including phones Galaxy. It's a globally popular service that has a lot to offer, but it's been missing a very basic feature for a long time. It did not allow deleting images directly from albums. That's finally changing now, though it has a minor catch.

The ability to delete photos directly from albums has long been available in the web version of Google Photos. Androidhowever, this version lacked it. If you wanted to delete images from an album, you had to first remove them from the album (using the "Remove from album" button), then search for them in the library and then delete them from there.

Fortunately, this no longer applies, because Google deletes photos (or videos) from the album v androidversion silently enabled (specifically via the "Move to trash" button located at the top right). With one "but": this option only applies to private albums. For shared albums, you still have to go through the tedious process mentioned above. It is not clear why Google omitted this element when iOS version has allowed this for a long time. Let's hope that this is indeed just an oversight and that the tech giant will fix it soon.
