Here is a list of Samsung devices that received a software update during the week of May 16-20. Specifically, it is about Galaxy Footnote9, Galaxy Note10 and Note10+, Galaxy A53 5G, Galaxy S20 FE, Galaxy S21 FE, Galaxy A22, Galaxy A41 and row Galaxy S22.

On the phones Galaxy Footnote9, Galaxy Note10 and Note10+, Galaxy A53 5G, Galaxy S20 FE a Galaxy S21 FE, Samsung has started releasing the May security patch. As always, you can check the availability of a new update manually by opening it Settings→Software Update→Download and Install.

The May security patch fixes dozens of security bugs, including those found in the Weather app or Galaxy Themes. In addition, Samsung resolved a highly dangerous vulnerability that allowed attackers to execute arbitrary activities with system privileges (on Androidat 11 and 12).

Smartphones Galaxy A22 a Galaxy A41s started to receive an update with Androidem 12 and the One UI 4.1 superstructure. AT Galaxy A22 comes with an update with a firmware version A225FXXU3BVD8 and was the first to arrive in Russia and Galaxy A41 carries a version A415FXXU1DVDB and was the first to be available again in Russia. The update for the latter phone includes the April security patch.

As for the series Galaxy S22 (in the version with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip), it received an update that, according to the release notes, "improves the overall stability of functions" and also fixes some bugs. Unfortunately, as is customary with Samsung, he did not provide any details. The update otherwise carries the firmware version S90xEXXU2AVE4 and it's a pretty hefty 350MB. An update for the Exynos 2200 version (that is, for the one sold in Europe) should arrive shortly.
