When the new smartwatch was launched last August Galaxy Watch4, they lacked some of the features that Google provided within the new operating system Wear OS 3, on which he collaborated with Samsung, was tempting. One of them was Google Assistant. For the past eight months, users have had the choice of either the proprietary Bixby assistant or nothing. In April, we saw the first hint of the Assistant via the support page of US mobile operator Verizon. However, at that time the feature wasn't really ready yet.

Not long after, Samsung posted a video (which it later took down) showing the Assistant briefly, and a few weeks ago, Korean website giant SamMobile confirmed that the globally popular voice companion on Galaxy Watch4 is indeed heading, with it arriving in the summer. And the summer in his presentation, it seems, starts already in May, because he has started to spread the support of Assistant among the selected countries.

Google Assistant is possible on Galaxy Watch4 use to interact with applications, answer questions or control a smart home. Unfortunately, the Assistant will not reach Czech users (yet), as its support is limited to only 10 markets. Specifically, these are the USA, Canada, Great Britain, Australia, Ireland, Germany, France, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan.
