As we reported last week, on Samsung smartwatches Galaxy Watch4 was made available after almost a year Google Now. But as it seems, not all users have the globally popular virtual watch companion working as it should.

After installing Assistant, a number of users began to complain on Reddit and elsewhere about two issues in particular: fast discharging battery a disconnection watch from the phone (while subsequently having trouble re-pairing it with it because the devices don't recognize each other). Other users, on the other hand, report unreliable detection of the "OK, Google" command that activates the Assistant.

Some users have managed to pair theirs Galaxy Watch4 with the smartphone only after a hard restart, which lost the data on the watch. Although the new Assistant on Wear OS 3 offers answers with a better layout, users claim that on their Galaxy Watch4 is not faster than on older watches with Wear OS 2. Anyway, it's likely that Google and Samsung are aware of the above issues and will fix them with software updates soon.
