Earlier this week, Korea's Radio Korean Research Agency (RRA) certified a wireless charger for Samsung's upcoming smartwatch Galaxy Watch5. Their introduction should not be far away.

RRA has certified a wireless charger with the model designation ER-OR900. This marking corresponds to the model number EB-BR900ABY which is associated with the battery Galaxy Watch5. The design of the charger is unknown at this time, but it could look similar to the pro charger Galaxy Watch4 and older models, which has the form of a flat puck. The certification did not reveal the performance of the charger either. Since the Pro model is supposed to have a whopping 572mAh battery, it could be more than 5W, so how fast does it charge Galaxy Watch4 (a full charge takes less than two hours). By the way, the charger will not be manufactured in Samsung's homeland, but in Vietnam.

Galaxy Watch5 will apparently be equipped with an OLED display, increased resistance according to the IP standard, an operating system Wear OS and all fitness monitoring sensors. According to the latest unofficial reports, the Pro model will not have a swivel lunette. Fifth generation Galaxy Watch we will probably see in August.
